The rooftop pool was a highlight. Its cleanliness and well-kept state impressed me. i liked the helpful and friendly bar staff i found there. They enhanced the overall experience. the restaurant also stood out, with food of excellent quality available both there and on the rooftop.

Soundproofing was minimal. I could hear outside noise clearly.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and a helpful attitude, which i appreciated. they were consistently polite and eager to assist, thus contributing positively to my visit, but i didn't use most of the services.

breakfast included both a basic self-serve option and a selection of freshly cooked items. i noted a wide variety of choices, which enabled a satisfying start to the day, and the food was delicious and high quality.

the hotel offers a delicious breakfast. i especially enjoyed the salmon avocado toast. poached eggs were also available (i love them!). the hotel's location is very convenient with the boat station right behind the building.

i found some issues with the wi-fi. it was difficult to use it comfortably. it worked only intermittently so i had to reconnect frequently. also, the walls were not very soundproof. i could hear noises from the street and neighboring rooms quite easily.

the location was convenient it was easy to access the boat pier and walk to the grand palace.

i was really disappointed in the front desk service they were not helpful when i needed to book tours. they mixed up guest tours which caused some confusion. this made planning activities difficult and frustrating.

the room was spacious. i loved the river view from my room. breakfast had excellent made-to-order options too. the hotel's location is superb for ferry access.

the room had sound proofing issues. i could hear everything outside and everyone in the hotel. there was no hot water in the room. i was also charged extra for dirt on a towel during checkout, even though housekeeping is supposed to handle that.

I found the location to be excellent with easy access to the river ferry. It made getting around easy. The rooftop pool had a nice view. I liked the art in the lobby shop. It was a nice touch.
